Orders are fully tracked—from our door to yours. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been shipped. Orders take around 1-2 days to process before being dispatched. Please note that delivery times do not include these processing days. Each product is packed with care to ensure they arrive safely.

Made-to-Order
Our phone cases are made-to-order, so you get a fabulous new case, and we don't have any unwanted stock lying around.
Once your order has been placed it is sent for printing within 48 hours. Your brand new phone case will then be shipped the very next day.
Cancellations
Once your order has been sent for printing it cannot be changed or cancelled, since all items are made to order. You will need to wait for your order to arrive and then return it to us for a refund.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your product to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it in - No defects, unused, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please email contact@peachyprintdesigns.com and include the following details:
Your name.
The order number
Your reason for the return.
A picture of the product you received.
Once we receive your request and your return is approved you will have 14 days to send the item back to us. Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Unapproved returned items will not be accepted.
We are happy to cover the cost of the return only in cases where we have sent the wrong item, the item is damaged or if the item has a fault. For all other returns — including ordering the wrong model/design or changing your mind, the customer will have to pay for the cost of the return.
Make sure you keep proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges
We will only exchange your order if the wrong order has.been sent, as all our phone cases are made-to-order.
Refunds
Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account once approved. A refund can only be made to the payment method that was used when the order was placed.
Refunds on Promotional Offers
If three items are purchased in a "3-for-2" offer, the total cost is spread evenly across all three items, and if only one item is returned, the refund will reflect the adjusted price of that item under the promotion.
