Do cases fit all phones?

We offer cases that fit popular phone models, like iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones and Google Pixel phones.

When will I receive my order?

All our phone cases are made-to-order, but we aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days, after printing is complete. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Can I change my order?

All orders can be cancelled or changed prior to being despatched. Once a product has been shipped changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Can I return a case?

Yes, but depending on the reason for the return, the cost of the return may fall on the customer. You have 14 days from receipt of your product to request a return. Please see the Returns section on the product page for more information.

Do you ship worldwide?

How will I know that my order has been received?

When an order is placed a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address used to make the order. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at contact@peachyprintdesigns.com.

Do your cases support wireless charging?

Our phone cases are designed to support wireless charging, provided that your phone is inherently compatible with this feature. As long as your device meets this requirement, you can charge it wirelessly without any issues using any of our cases. However, there is an exception for iPhone MagSafe cases. To utilise MagSafe wireless chargers, you must have the specific MagSafe case designed for your iPhone, as this is necessary for the MagSafe charger to function properly.

In most cases we can offer a refund. However, this will need to be approved and it could take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account once the refund has been approved. A refund can only be made to the payment method that was used when the order was placed.
